This card features a creepy but harmless creature, “mari lywd”, from Wales and is associated with Winter Solstice, but seems to very occasionally pop up for Samhain/All Hallow’s Eve due to just how perfectly unsettling it looks with its horse skull, white sheet, bells, and decorative ribbons.
